Refund policy

If you bought your item from our website, you are free to return it, for any reason, within 14 days of receiving it.

You need to tell us within 14 days of receiving your item that you would like to return it. You will then need to return it to us within the next 14 days. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your product back at our warehouse.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If your product is faulty or damaged details and photos of the fault or damage should be emailed to info@chrissnodeart.com

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

The package should be clearly marked in large letters - RETURN

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless it was faulty when you received it, in which case we will pay your shipping costs.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
